Key System Features & Components
Twist-Lock Bayonet Conveyor Interface
A quick-connect bayonet and flange mechanism allows single-operator, one-handed installation to the conveyor body. Secured directly to the main housing via bolts, the interface can be quickly swapped or adapted.
Multi-Line Pneumatic Quick Connectors
Pneumatic line management is simplified through a single quick-connector block. Operators can disconnect or reattach supply and output pressure tubes simultaneously without managing individual fittings during maintenance.
Configurable Ejector Module
The central ejector housing holds up to 16 ejector cartridges. It is fully compatible with established Si32 3 (Coax®) cartridges as well as upcoming high-flow ejector modules, enabling custom capacity sizing to meet precise process demands.
Acoustic Silencer Assembly
Constructed from open-cell PUR foam with streamlined air paths, the internal silencer significantly reduces noise output while maintaining optimal exhaust airflow. Operators can opt for free air venting or attach a dedicated line to route exhaust away from sensitive work zones.
Smart Air Supply Compartment
The base compartment houses control components in a compact layout, allowing quick tool access. The housing is pre-engineered for straightforward integration of digital monitoring add-ons, such as automated Filter Condition Monitoring.
