ZP Series

Ampco’s ZP Series are state-of-the-art, 3A/EHEDG-certified positive displacement pumps suitable for high-and-low viscosity applications. The ZP3 model is a patented, best-selling pump that is fully CIP-able without modification or loss of efficiency. The ZP1+ model features a patented, front-loading seal design that allows O-ring seals to be changed without disconnecting the pump from the piping system. Standard upgrades across the ZP Series include a 304 stainless steel gearcase, stainless steel bearing retainers, splash guards, and one-piece 17-4 stainless steel shafts, which all contribute to durability and a long lifespan.

AL Series

The AL Series is a rotary lobe pump that provides high-level technology and performance at an economical price. This series has a viscosity range of 1 to 1,000,000 cP and is capable of self-priming up to 12 feet. Optional features include double mechanical, mechanical seal with flush, double lip seal, and double O-ring. The multiple rotor options allow for customization to meet specific application requirements. The FDA-approved Ampco PTFE triple lip seal has been successful in challenging applications across various industries, including food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
